Pour was slightly clouded golden color with about 2 fingers of foamy white head. Nose was triscuits, apricots, and yeast. Taste is very similar to the smell, and it has a nice, lightly sweet, bitter apricot finish. This is a very drinkable beer that is very good during warmer months. Not outstanding in any category, but a very refreshing oddity.

Aroma of yeast, slight corn-like smell. Fruits like peach, pineapple, honeydew melon perhaps? Apricot, tangerine.
Taste... sweet, soft tartness. Slight saltiness.
Palate... moderate to high carbonation... moderately clean finish. j12601 (1327), Poughkeepsie, New York, USA
| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Dec 19, 2009 Bottle. Pours a clear orange with a thin white head. Big apricot aromas, smell a bit like a liquor with how overpowering it is, though there’s barely a hint of wheat in the background. Grainy and really sweet. Finishes with a light bitterness. Lacks any subtlety. rlaw (54), USA

Nose of fruit showing apricot and apple. Medium mouthfeel. The flavor is mild and overall this is easy drinking and decent fruit beer. JCastner (108), New York, USA

Pours a brilliant copper with a nice white head. Aroma is of bread and some light dried fruit. Taste is... well, how do I put this, imagine unsweetened fruit seltzer water. No body, no sweetness, no bitterness, just very, very dry.
