Minor fruit raspeberry and grape, Smoke, cardboard. Clean orangy dark brown color, Small head that faded quickly. Little to no lacing. Sweet smoky flavor. Lite body, smooth creamy mouthfeel, dry finish. Pours a very dark brown to almost black with a rather small head. The aroma is of some roasted almonds with detectable chocolate, coffee, and slight earthy notes. Flavor is largely chocolate with a bit of a malt characteristic and an ordinary finish. Solid brew.
