Overall, not really offensive, probably refreshing, definitely underwhelming.

Not so much a traditional hefeweizen (which is what Magic Hat calls it) but it’s still quite good. One of my favourites. NPRugby11 (85), New York, USA

Doesn’t really have much of the classic hefeweizen character, just more of a clean tasting ale really. Not bad by any means but a bit of a let down. thegreenrooster (1835), St.louis, Missouri, USA
| 1.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 2/5 | 3/10 | 3/5 | 7/20 | Nov 25, 2009 Pour is a cloudy yellow with a average white head. Aroma is lemon with some soap and a bit of paper. Flavor is lots of cardboard and soapyness. The aroma and flavor reminded me of lemon scented joy. Not that ever drank dish washing soap but this would be a very close cousin. That said this was horrible. bobman006 (50), New Jersey, USA
| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 9/20 | Nov 25, 2009 Bottle. Slightly hazy golden with large white head. Aromas of grass, grain, lemon and some banana. Taste is herbal with grass, lemon, bread and banana. Almost enough body, but not quite. Silky but sparkly mouthfeel. deyholla (706), Bloomington, Indiana, USA
| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Nov 25, 2009 Bottle. Poured a clear gold with an off-white head. Aroma was full of banana and yeast flavors with a bit of lemon bitterness. Flavor began sweet with banana and grain notes but finished with a lemony bitterness. A bit odd. twindog (92), Hampstead, Maryland, USA
| 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Nov 16, 2009 This was just a ok beer for me , kind of light in flavor and color. Has kind of a sour finish to it. Strykzone (1478), Wood River, Illinois, USA
| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 11/20 | Nov 15, 2009 Quite clear golden hued with a small and noisy off white head. Not much of a lifespan for the head. A lemon syrup aroma. Some wheat crispness in the flavor, banana, citrus. Far from a great beer from a brewer I am losing patience with. | 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Nov 6, 2009 A hazy golden pour with large white head. It has a lemon and wheat aroma that very much matches the taste. It has a light to medium body and mildly sour finish that dissipates quickly.
