Thanks to dberger624 for sending me the magic of the Magic Hat brew assortment!

Pours a sparkling copper body and a towering cream-colored head… sheets of lacing! The aroma is very floral. Favor bring some funkiness.. It’s like apricots, foot sweat, a woodsy hop or some sort… Oh, maybe it’s Willamette? … And a slightly toasty and beady caramel malt. I pick up some spruce, fruity plums, peaches, apples, and some rich compost dirt. A rather decent PA… Hey, Dan lives in PA.. !

Poured a copper color with a large, tight, and creamy off white head with a little lacing. Citrus hops, and sweet malt aroma. Sweet malt, with very light bitterness.

bottle, 05.14.04 Pours an orangey amber, practically no head after an instant, moderate lacing. Citrus and malts on aroma but nothing oustanding. Flavors follow suit. The commercial description claims that this beer will offer me direction...well, at least it seems mostly on style.

This English Pale Ale was true to the style, golden color, light maltiness, and adequately hopped. Fat Angel would make a fine session beer.

Pours a golden brown with a nice 1-inch white head. Fruity aromas, with a nice balance of hops/malts for taste, rounded out with apricot overtones. Not to my personal tastes, but a good all-around beer, and worth a try.

HAd on draft at Manayunk event. I liked this one somewhat better than the #9. Dark gold pour, with good head. Very hoppy aroma. TAstes hoppy, malty, with a very crisp, hoppy, somewhat creamy finish.

(Bottle/Draft) Amber/light orange in color with little carbonation. Medium hop flavor and bitterness. A very good beer.
