Commercial Description:
Fat Angel brings divergent tastes together to create a satisfyingly smooth harmony. Dry hopped for eminent drinkability, This beer offers a complex palate that balances the rich pleasures of malt with the crisp, refreshing flavor of hops. Fat angel is the ale of universal reconciliation, brewed in an ambiguous world for those seeking answers in the age of confusion.

poured a deep amber color with a white head that faded fast. A malty aroma blended well with a malty and sweet taste finishing with a slightly biter flavor

Yeast and hops, maybe the slightest bit of breadiness. But I never got any of the complexity the DKlovesbeer described. Too me it was mostly just thin, flat and lifeless, another average and nondescript contribution from a nondescript brewer.

Nice rich orange amber hue. White foamy head, slight lacing. Fruity aromas, graham-crackers, bread, raisons, flowers, hay. A very well balanced brew, although a little loose on the ending, things seem to fall apart. I do enjoy the honey like sweetness, and flowers in the end, and some slight bitterness.

(Bottle, best before 2/06) Pours medium amber with a frothy biscuit head. Aroma pleasanty malty with some sweetness. Good lacing. Mouthfeel OK, fairly dry, a little thin. Tastes subdued - malty, bready, overlain by bitterness. A bit of a strange taste in finish I’m unable to identify or describe. Fair.

Poured light brown with a nice big fat head. Virutally no aroma at all, but the taste was nice a light with just the right amount of hop presence. Could be a little fuller. This would be a good session brew...I could pound down a few of these right quick.
