Copper color with a small white head. Fruity sweetness in the nose with notes of pears, apples, and caramel. Light bodied but fairly smooth. Caramel and malt flavors that gives way to a mildly harsh earthy hop finish. An average beer that dissappoints in the finish.

Copper color with off-white head. Mild hop aroma. Flavor was grassy hops with caramel malt and a bit of peach or apricot. Nice bitter finish. Crisp and refreshing, nice session beer.

Bottle from sampler pack. About average English style pale ale. Could use a bit more flavor.

This is a great beer with a little something missing. Maybe a little more malt flavor, I can’t say, it just seems lacking. The flavors that are there are great, but it needs something more.

Bottle. Pours amber coloured with thin head. Rather un-appealing, sweetish, fruity, off aroma. Taste is not up to par with other beer from Magic Hat. Thin body with a bland grassy malt taste.

Medium orange-amber color with thin dissipating head. Aroma of fruity hops. Flavor matches aroma with sweetness and has a smooth creamy mouthfeel. Clean finish.

Bottle. Off white head. Yeasty aroma. Smooth and light malt taste, with a somewhat dry finish. Have to appreciate the poetry on the Magic Hat labels.
