| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 13/20 | Aug 19, 2006 Slightly hazy medium dark orange colored body with a toast-tan colored head. Light grassy hops in the nose, mild cannibus and caramelized orange scents. Texture is lighter than expected, and lighter than it should be for the style as far as what I like. Mild tasting overall, with some light grassy hop note and mild sweetness from the maple flavored malts. Overall it’s about average for pale ales, nothing exceptional but still drinkable. Smooth, light malty flavor with some brown sugar or toffee at first, with a barely dry back end. Unfortunately it was served cold, so could use a re-rate.
