Commercial Description:
Fat Angel brings divergent tastes together to create a satisfyingly smooth harmony. Dry hopped for eminent drinkability, This beer offers a complex palate that balances the rich pleasures of malt with the crisp, refreshing flavor of hops. Fat angel is the ale of universal reconciliation, brewed in an ambiguous world for those seeking answers in the age of confusion.

Has a lightly clouded amber color and a slightly hop/fruit smell. Taste is a good hop/malt balance and finishes with a light hop bitterness. Overall not a bad beer that is easy to drink.

I find this to be somewhere between an english and american pale ale. Drinkable, somewhat creamy palate distinguishes it from the crispy apa's

Golden amber body topped by a medium thick head with good lace. Slightly sweet hopy aroma with a good malty balance. Slightly sweet hoppy flavor with a touch of lemon, a little maltiness and a bitter hoppy finish. Medium bodied and slightly dry. An average Pale Ale.

Deep hazy orange copper with a thin white head, Slight butterscotch nose with some hops. Sweet malts, some hops, little citrus, but some green apples. Nice, but I had better from the Hat.

Slightly hazy medium dark orange colored body with a toast-tan colored head. Light grassy hops in the nose, mild cannibus and caramelized orange scents. Texture is lighter than expected, and lighter than it should be for the style as far as what I like. Mild tasting overall, with some light grassy hop note and mild sweetness from the maple flavored malts. Overall it’s about average for pale ales, nothing exceptional but still drinkable.

Clear light amber with some head and not much lacing. Malt in the nose. Malt flavor with a mild earthy bitterness. Very drinkable.

Bottle. Medium amber color with little head. Sweet and buttery, but weak, nose. Smooth, light malty flavor with some brown sugar or toffee at first, with a barely dry back end. Unfortunately it was served cold, so could use a re-rate.
