Commercial Description:
Fat Angel brings divergent tastes together to create a satisfyingly smooth harmony. Dry hopped for eminent drinkability, This beer offers a complex palate that balances the rich pleasures of malt with the crisp, refreshing flavor of hops. Fat angel is the ale of universal reconciliation, brewed in an ambiguous world for those seeking answers in the age of confusion.

Very, very restrained, too much so for my tastes. Slight caramel malts with some sweetness, some hops. Bit of nuttiness in the initial flavor, but dryness doesn't leave much in the finish.

Bottle: poured clear orange with a small white head. Mild malt and hop aroma. Nothing spectacular. Flavor is semi malty but less of what I expected. Lightly sweet. Finish is bitter. The body is nice, semi full for such a light beer. Decent session beer.

Has a lightly clouded amber color and a slightly hop/fruit smell. Taste is a good hop/malt balance and finishes with a light hop bitterness. Overall not a bad beer that is easy to drink.

I find this to be somewhere between an english and american pale ale. Drinkable, somewhat creamy palate distinguishes it from the crispy apa's

Bottle. Amber bodied with a small tanned head. The aroma on this one is laden with fruit (pears and melon) and is lightly hopped. Taste is grainy with light spices, hops, and lots of fruit flavors. Body is medium with a moderate feel to it and mild carbonation. Finishes with lots of grains, bread notes, fruit and light hops. OK, I guess.

Wow. How uninspiring. Medium amber, slight head fades entirely. Bready biscuit aroma, light hops as well. Flavor matched, hops providing only a faint floral and citric note. Harsh on the tongue as well. Not particularly good.

draught: aroma was unevident, but I’m going to blame it on the smoke at the bar. Copper color. Flavor was rather bland, counldn’t really tell what I was drinking. tasted engilsh ale yeast. nothing to write home about

It had a decent color and aroma but failed to get my attention as I drank it. It was mediocre and nothing seemed to make me think about it while I drank it.
