| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 11/20 | Dec 17, 2007 12-oz bottle from SS ’07. Pours hazy orange with a small, rocky, off-white head, somewhat lasting with fair lacing. Aroma is average malt (grain, meal), average hops (grass), average yeast (dough) with notes of paper and apple. Light bodied, slick texture, average carbonation, and a bitter finish, kind of wet and spicy palate. Average duration, light sweetness, moderate acidity and bitterness; husky grain and tea flavor with raw hop leaf at the end. 1FastSTi (2569), Glendale, Wisconsin, USA
| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Apr 4, 2006 Thanks Dave. The beer pours to a coppery body with a foamy/fizzy off-white head. The aroma is mineral water, light English hops, some sort of chemical that reminds me of really old Xerox copies. The flavor is papery, boring malt and hops. The palate is medium-light bodied. Pretty middle of the road. Thaichile (599), 10aFly, New Jersey, USA

| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Dec 11, 2007 12oz bottle, freebie following argo0’s holiday party. Thanks, Aaron! Pours a clear, orangish-amber color; off-white head with decent lacing. Overripe dark fruits and a stale biscuity note in the aroma; an earthy hop character coming through as well. I had a hard time getting through much of this: medium mouthfeel that pretty much follows the aroma: overripe fruit and pretty unpleasant earthy and biscuity notes; average levels of carbonation, with a dustiness and a bubble gum note coming through mid-palate. A very strange beer, with an impressively inane commercial description. Medium, doughy and earthy malt finish; a slight English hop presence. sheatripper (863), Brooklyn, New York, USA
| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 12/20 | Sep 7, 2006 Bottle. Clear copper with thin, quickly diminishing off-white head. Faint aroma of hops, otherwise smells generally of old wood. A little bit of yeast also. Flavor kind of flat and boring, hop bitterness is there, but no real malt character. Palate light to medium, but carbonation flattens quickly. Non-offensive, but no excitement whatsoever. Plain Jane ale.
