Tap@Magnolia Pub and brewery- pretty bad go at a Belgian Dubbel. Belgian yeastyness is there, but its pretty thin and sweet, extracty, tasted half finished.

Feb 11, 2007 On tap at Alembic (San Fran). This dark brown ale poured with a miniscule off-white head. It is very malty and nutty, with a chalkiness that sticks to the tongue and a bitter finish.

Jan 16, 2007 Dark red color with good carbonation. Roasty aroma, thickish nut malt, yeasty but thin-to-medium on the whole.
