draft. Amber beer with a slight off-white head. Earthy, spicy aroma. Earthy, light spice, light caramel flavor with slight citrus. Medium bodied. Flavor starts to turn to cardboard. Starts out with the good qualities of rye and ends witht he bad.

On tapo @ Magnolia poured a clear gold with a lasting white head. Aromas of bread, carmel, straw and light fruitness. Palate was light to medium bodied and dry. Flavors of straw, bread and light spice with a smooth dry finish.

Tap @ Magnolia for Strong Ale Month 2008. Poured a clear gold with a white head. Spicy rye aroma with a hint of diacetyl. Mildly sweet malt. The flavor was light on the malt and mildly spicy and sweet. Light buttery mouthfeel. Medium body.

Tried on tap at Magnolia pub during strong ale month. Great pub/restaurant. Medium head. Some fusel alcohol in the aroma, but still nice. Light amber color. Low flavor. Some yeasty aroma.
