Feb 14, 2008 On tap @ Magnolia poured a clear brown with orange highlights and a lingering amber head. Aromas of carmel, wheat and fruitiness. Palate was light to medium bodied smooth and slightly dry. Flavors of carmel, toffee, wheat and light fruitiness with a smooth dry moderatly bitter finish.

Feb 12, 2008 Tap @ Magnolia for Strong Ale Month 2008. This was the best beer they had on tap for the SBM. Poured a hazy deep chestnut color with a off-white head. Great aroma of plums and other dark fruits. Some chocolate and hints of tobacco. Mild wheaty citrus flavor with some more notes of tobacco, chocolate and now bananas. Medium body.
