Draft. Ruby-brown beer with a low off-white head. Yeasty, caramel malt aroma. Banana, caramel flavor with yeasty spice. Medium body. Banana, and caramel linger. Slight fruity esters, Hides alcohol well.

On tap @ Magnolia poured a clear brown with orange highlights and a lingering amber head. Aromas of carmel, wheat and fruitiness. Palate was light to medium bodied smooth and slightly dry. Flavors of carmel, toffee, wheat and light fruitiness with a smooth dry moderatly bitter finish.

Tap @ Magnolia for Strong Ale Month 2008. This was the best beer they had on tap for the SBM. Poured a hazy deep chestnut color with a off-white head. Great aroma of plums and other dark fruits. Some chocolate and hints of tobacco. Mild wheaty citrus flavor with some more notes of tobacco, chocolate and now bananas. Medium body.

Tried on tap at Magnolia pub during strong ale month. Great pub/restaurant. Rich sweet malty aroma. Some banana in the aroma like a Belgian yeast. Some alcohol. Dark red amber color. Easy to drink. The guy beside me said it is "good shit."
