Nov 10, 2007 Pretty standard Kolsch here. Nice and light in color, flavor, and aroma. Comes off with some fruity aromas for a sec... and then it’s lager-half kicks in and yeah it’s definitely a lager. Clean bitterness and clean finish. Not bad... actually it’s exactly as I expected... which doesn’t amount to a whole lot.

Jul 25, 2007 On tap at the brewpub in San Francisco. Hazy bright pale yellow, thin white cap. Fairly neutral grainy aroma, lighter palate with some strong citrus fruity elements and a crisp dry finish. More like an american wheat in my mind.

Jun 21, 2007 (06.21.07) On tap at Magnolia Pub and Brewery, San Francisco, CA 4.9% ABV. Clear straw colored beer with grainy aroma. No head. No carbonation. Starts dry with light nutty malt flavor. Slightly flat tasting. Quick finish with light malt fade. Light bodied. Good drinkable summer beer but on the watery side.

May 27, 2007 Grainy slightly sour nose, straw color, low fizzy head. Light citrus note with a dainty broad hop bitter end. think body. Too bitter for a Kölsch, but an OK beer otherwise.

Jul 31, 2006 Golden in color. Very citrusy taste with a grapefruit finish. Nice warm weather beer. Not a big fan of the Kolsch beer, but this was not bad
