This kolsch pours a medium gold color from the tap. Small to medium sized white foamy head. The aroma is cereal and grain, fruit and sweet. A medium bodied kolsch. The malts are fruity, cerealy and sweet. The hops are slightly spicy. Nice kolsch, perhaps a touch sweet, but good flavor. Nice summer beer. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and crisp.
