Aug 28, 2008 Draft. Amber beer with a whitish head. Bready, malt, light toast aroma. Malt flavor with bready/toast notes. Medium bodied. Lingering mineral, malt, and light grass.

Apr 26, 2008 Draft at the brewpub. Very light hop aroma. Gold color with no head. Near medium body with mild carbonation. Seems lightly fruity with bitter. Finishes dry with bitter. Good, but light.

Light sweet malt and floral hops on the nose.
Grainy malt taste, floral hops, mild fruitiness, subtle tartness.
Great carbonation, drying and prickly but not too bubbly. Refreshing and smooth, light body, extremely easy to drink.

Nov 27, 2007 Clear golden. Aroma is lightly fruity, grassy, hint of sourness. Light bodied. Bland and boring, but not bad either.

Nov 10, 2007 Pretty standard Kolsch here. Nice and light in color, flavor, and aroma. Comes off with some fruity aromas for a sec... and then it’s lager-half kicks in and yeah it’s definitely a lager. Clean bitterness and clean finish. Not bad... actually it’s exactly as I expected... which doesn’t amount to a whole lot.
