Apr 26, 2008 Draft at the brewpub. LIlght caramel and hop aromas. Red tinged amber color with a slight white head. Medium body with light, prickly carbonation. Malt is a bit roasted; hop seems citrus floral. It attempts to be a bit of a "red". Finish is more bitter than not. Goes a good bit floral towards the end.

Mar 15, 2008 Cask at Toronado: Pours a copper color with a white head. Aroma is malty with earthy hops. Flavor is malty with a bitter earthy hop finish.

Dec 11, 2007 Darker amber. Aroma is grapefruit, wood, caramel. Medium bodied, bittersweet finish. Solid.
