Oct 15, 2007 Sampled at Magnolia, June 2007. Clear bronze with a short, lasting head. Pleasant herbal hop nose of cascades and a whiff of iced tea. Caramel, toffee, tea, cascade hops and grapefruit. Medium bodied, smooth -lightly carbonated (on cask).

Oct 14, 2007 Had this beer at GABF on 10/2/1999. Aroma is a mild hop scent. Color is a medium brown. Has a good malt body but finishes a bit too bitter and almost no hop flavor. Not a very good Pale Ale but its ok to drink.

Jun 21, 2007 (06.21.07) On tap at Magnolia Pub and Brewery. 5.1% ABV. Hazy amber ale with small white head. Light citrus aroma. Small carbonation. Starts dry with citrus grapefruit hop flavors. Medium finish with light lingering hop bitterness. Slightly thin and watery side otherwise, a nice hoppy beer without aggressive bitterness. Goes well with a Cuban sandwich. One of the better offerings at Magnolia.

May 22, 2007 tap. A fairly good pale ale, flavors of hops, grapefruits and some malts, fairly mellow. Goes well with some pizza at the pub, a good session beer but nothing special.
