Feb 15, 2006 Cask at the brewpub. Dark amber. Citric nose. Dryish with clean mouthfeel and light-medium body. Plenty of citrusy hops, but not much malt flavours. The late bitterness is rather sharp.

Feb 21, 2006 Golden-amber colour. Toasty, lightly fruity hop aroma. Ha a bright fruity hop punch over a fairly ordinary malt backbone, like wonderbread crust.

Tasting Notes from Fall 2000: Pretty bitter, fairly one-dimensional. It has the hops, but nothing to balance it (5/2/5/3/10)

Feb 27, 2009 Draft @ the brewpub. Pours a copper color with a small white head. Has a malty grassy hoppy aroma. Sweetish malty hoppy flavor. Has a long malty hoppy finish with some bitterness in the aftertaste.

Apr 26, 2008 Draft at the brewpub. LIlght caramel and hop aromas. Red tinged amber color with a slight white head. Medium body with light, prickly carbonation. Malt is a bit roasted; hop seems citrus floral. It attempts to be a bit of a "red". Finish is more bitter than not. Goes a good bit floral towards the end.
