| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 5/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Nov 27, 2008 Cask @ Magnolia’s. Pours a deep, clear black-cherry color; creamy, light-tan head with gorgeous retention and fine-bubbled lacing; great pour. Soft aroma of milk chocolate, overripe red fruits, and toffee; a touch light. Light-to-medium mouthfeel: a touch watery on the edges; chocolate, light coffee, and a touch of acidic red fruit; a bit under-concentrated, but very drinkable. Medium mouthfeel: toasty grains, light chocolate and coffee; balanced end. Hophead22 (1106), Redlands, by way of Wisconsin,, California, USA
