Nothing objectionable about it, looked and tasted well, and I’d have it again. mgoy (343), Oak Brook, Illinois, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Dec 11, 2008 Maharaja Premium Lager is sweet with cloves and some extra spice that I could not quite put my finger on. The color is a clear yellow with a small fizzy head. The aroma is nice, and light.
This was a great pairing with a very spicy meal.

| 1.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 2/10 | 2/5 | 2/10 | 1/5 | 8/20 | Dec 9, 2008 330ml bottle. Absolutley no head when poured - hazy gold in colour with very little carbonation. Malty aroma - watery thin taste. junon (222), Honolulu, Hawaii, USA
| 1.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 3/5 | 3/10 | 3/5 | 3/20 | Oct 21, 2008 Why do I bother with these import lager/Pilsners anymore? They all essentially taste the same with varying bitter & sourness. This one is particularly sour. thooper41 (386), Oregon, USA
| 1.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 2/5 | 3/10 | 3/5 | 7/20 | Oct 12, 2008 330ml bottle: appearance is golden brown with a bit of amber with a quick fading white head, aroma hint of stale malt, flavor stale malt and that taste that comes from canned beer. didnt have high hopes for this one and this sure didnt try to impress. another beer off the list of new countries and another beer on the list of "do not buy"

| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 2/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Sep 26, 2008 A pretty malty aroma; grassy. This isn’t too bad. Crisp, with some malt and dryness in the flavor. A good lasting dry finish. nearbeer (1860), Knoxville, Tennessee, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Sep 26, 2008 330 ml bottle, mfd. 05/2005, batch 93. Topaz with a lasting eight-inch of cream. Aroma of spicy caramel and brown sugar reminds me of a Belgian dubbel. Initial flavor is similar, with a nicely developing bitterness on subsequent sips that turns woody then citrus and finally leathery-earthy. Light body is both smooth and tingly with a nice drying quality, although the sweet malt lingers in the aftertaste. I doubt that this one was intended for consumption almost 3-1/2 years after bottling, but it really developed into a nice beer that resembles a mild Belgian ale. radagast83 (1315), Fairfax, Virginia, USA
| 2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 8/20 | Sep 23, 2008 12 oz bottle at Indian Restaurant. Pretty much exactly what I expected. A non-offensive, pale lager. Not skunked. More malted than most international lagers I’ve had.
