This one is mostly just hoppy-bitter, very similar to the Mahogany Ridge Pale Ale, only less citrusy.

Medium amber. Nitro-induced, soft and creamy white head, with a soft, smooth, light body. Notes of light sweetness (caramel and chocolate powder), sourness (milk), and toasted bread. Nice and balancing bitterness. Fairly easy to quaff. Somewhat of a mild ESB.
