Jul 3, 2008 0.33 l bottle. Dark amber color with small creamy head. Malty melanoidins, raisins, prunes, chocolate, alcohol and barnyard in the aroma. Malty flavor with mild charcoal roast, alcohol, chocolate and prunes.

Jun 13, 2008 Pours a clear dark brownish colour with a medium sized tan head. aromas of tobacco and leather, a taste of dry roaste nuts and caramel flavor. pretty decent. :)

Jun 6, 2008 I like stouts and dark beers for the most part. I just got back from a vacation to The Canary Islands. I drank quite a few of these. It was the best beer to choose from, in my opinion. It’s got a solid flavor that’s still easy on the palate. It’s sweet, but that’s how I like my beers. The finish lasted nice and long. I could taste the toffee in this one. Certainly a great beer to enjoy!

does not count  May 29, 2008 Barrel. fizzy and off-white head, mostly lasting. black body, perfectly filtered with no particles. light malty and toffe aroma. moderate sweet flavour at the begining, little acidic at the finish. very long finish duration. light to medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation.
