Bov (4559), Bienne, Switzerland May 15, 2008 courtesy of Antonio Rey Ruiz - clear ruby-brown colour, very little foam left; aroma of toasted malts and caramel; moderately sweet with a medium malt body and some late bitterness; the finish is quite long, decently malty and fairly toasted - a pleasant one

I just got back from a vacation to The Canary Islands. I drank quite a few of these. It was the best beer to choose from, in my opinion. It’s got a solid flavor that’s still easy on the palate. It’s sweet, but that’s how I like my beers. The finish lasted nice and long. I could taste the toffee in this one. Certainly a great beer to enjoy! Cochomeister (2), valladolid, Spain does not count May 29, 2008 Barrel. fizzy and off-white head, mostly lasting. black body, perfectly filtered with no particles. light malty and toffe aroma. moderate sweet flavour at the begining, little acidic at the finish. very long finish duration. light to medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation.
