Bottle (330ml). Poured dark ruby with a small, tanned, frothy head which was mostly diminishing. Aroma was of sweet toffee malts, molasses, coco, cola (mild) and some dirty/metallic notes in the back. Flavor was of sweet toffee malts, light bitterness, cola, prunes, touch of roast chocolate and a sweet/nutty finish. Light bodied with medium carbonation, a dry\slightly creamy mouthfeel, watery texture and a short finish.

Oct 6, 2008 Very good dunkel from Madrid. Great mahogany look with solid, thick head. Significant bitterness and well balanced chocolate notes. Excellent.

Sep 18, 2008 Dark ambar/brown color. tan head. chocolate, raisin and little caramel aroma. Licorice flavor, watery. nothing else, but an average beer.
