Barrel. fizzy and off-white head, mostly lasting. black body, perfectly filtered with no particles. light malty and toffe aroma. moderate sweet flavour at the begining, little acidic at the finish. very long finish duration. light to medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation.

Oct 6, 2008 Very good dunkel from Madrid. Great mahogany look with solid, thick head. Significant bitterness and well balanced chocolate notes. Excellent.

Sep 29, 2008 Bottle (330ml). Poured dark ruby with a small, tanned, frothy head which was mostly diminishing. Aroma was of sweet toffee malts, molasses, coco, cola (mild) and some dirty/metallic notes in the back. Flavor was of sweet toffee malts, light bitterness, cola, prunes, touch of roast chocolate and a sweet/nutty finish. Light bodied with medium carbonation, a dry\slightly creamy mouthfeel, watery texture and a short finish.
