Sep 18, 2007 (BBE 24.9.2007) Dark brown colored, little yellow head. Hopped aroma, slight chocolate there too, still rather thin aroma. Thin to medium bodied. Flavor is richer with roastiness and chocolate, still dryness dominating. Very weird märzen. Dry chocolate with some hops in aftertaste.

Dark ruby color, big cloudy beige head. Rye-bread, citrus in the aroma. Grassy, hoppy, toffeish flavor. Hoppy bitterness in the finish. Clean.

Jul 22, 2007 Bottled. A deep red beer with a thick lazing off-white head. The aroma is sweet malty with a dusty hoppy note. The flavor is sweet malty with light notes of honey and a dusty hop note. Lacks some sweetness for my liking.
