Dark gold yet rich cocoa and nougat flavor, slightly fruity but not ale like fruitiness, chocolate like bitterness but smooth, no astringency. A weird one but pretty good...

(Bottle) Pours a golden body with a moderate off-white head. Aroma of grass, corn, breadiness. and butter. Flavor of grain, grassy hops, and earthiness.

Golden-orange in body with steady carbonation and a fizzy head that halos rather quickly, this has a bready, caramel malt aroma, quite sweet in the nose. Medium-bodied and slightly oily, it delivers a rich, sweet caramel flavor, maybe just a bit grainy. The finish is honey sweet with a touch of herbal hops emerging at the very end. Nice.

A hazy dark orange beer with a small head. The aroma is malty with quite a lot of hops and grass, while the flavor is sweet malty with a dry hoppy end. Quite hoppy for a German bock, but nice.

Pours with a deep golden hazy body that briefly lifts a whitish thin head above it. Nice rum cake malt aroma. The flavor is a bit of a disappointment as it just doen’t deliver what was promised in the aroma. Bitter finish.

In the 0.5L bottle at the Huber Haus. A "blonde" bock. Pale yellow with a white head. Smells like melons! Farm Fresh! Mediciney-sweet aroma. High gravity flavor. This is about as close to a home brew as commercial beer can get. Outstanding! Sweet finish. Great honey-like overtones.

(Bottle 50 cl) Hazy pilsener golden, almost absent head. Sweetish, malty nose. Flavour with lots of sweet malt and alcohol. Hint of hops in the finish. Incredibly solid Bock, with an unusual looks for it’s type - unless this is supposed to be a light Bock? 280705

Malty sweetness in the nose, light hoppyness. Slight hazy yellow body, small white head. Sweet flavor, sharp hop flavor, dish water.
