hazy pale yellow, huge frothy white head, thick lace, sweet malt aroma with a hint of corn, light body, light malt flavor, nice sweetness balanced by floral hops, light bitterness, the floral hops develop a spice character

Purchased at Beer World of Largo. Big effervescent pour with three inch off white head. The beer itself is a hazy straw color. The aroma seems to have semi sweetness, hints of spice, lemony citrus and a bit more sweetness hiding out in the back. The taste starts out with a hint of caramel. Then a slight yeast and spiciness plays along with tartness coming from lemon that immediately wipe out the mild caramel note. Into the finish a bit more spice is present along with hints of yeast and bread.

500ml Bottle- the label read 6.0% alcohol: this poured a cloudy yellow gold that had a small glow to it, a pretty and white full creamy head that would not go away, effervescent beer, light (lemon rind) citrus fragrance, some pilsner and bread aromas with a gentle sweetness, starts a faint oily in the mouth that turns to a dry finish on the tongue, some bitterness on the palate that lingers for a bit, pilsner malt and faint toast flavors, good mouth feel, this did not come across as a Christmas beer, I thought it was more of a Summer beer.

500ml bottle. Hazy deep bronze hue. Soggy breadt malt aroma. Touch of cinnamon in the nose. Medium bodied with a crisp malty palate. Notes of burnt sugar and caramel. Toasty with a tea-like flavor. Touch fruity. Good sweet spiced bock with a bitter finish. Warming quality.

Bottled. Poured a lighter shade of golden with a tall initial cap of white head... slight sediment suspended in there. The aroma caught me off guard... came across initially as a slightly skunky pale lager.. opened up to lose the skunk and provide some bready malts with lemon backing... slightly singed caramel too.. but mostly bready. Flavor was more assertive.. respectable bready base with booze-laced caramel sweetness and some citrus present... peppery, warm finish. Decent beer.. but something was missing.

Bottle pours a deep orange gold with a nice sized white head. Fairly foamy but would lace little. Full malty aroma with a touch of grassy hops in the background. Nice spicy flavor with notes of caramel and toffee, a nice malty treat. Medium bodied with a touch of bitter finish.

Sweet malty aroma. Golden color. Light malty flavor with yeast like accents and light honey. Somewhat flat, minimal carbonation. Lightly bitter finish. Not bad and is quaffable for the winter time.
