Commercial Description:
Weisse Bock is an increasingly popular style that is strong and very tasty – with all of the fruity, spicy flavors one expects from a wheat beer, and more – but never too heavy on the palate. This rich, dark, and enthralling Bock is refreshing and drinks so easily that one would never suspect that it weighs in at 7.2% a.b.v. If you appreciate Aventinus, try Der Weisse Bock.

Yet another rating off of old notes. Bottle likely thanks to after4ever. Pours opaque brown. Creamy medium body and light carbonation. Vanilla and wheat nose with a wheat and bubble gum taste.

Nose of banana bread, hints of bubblegum, alcohol, and caramel. Pours sparkling ruby. The fully diminishing frothy tan head leaves no lace. Spicy and malty front, highly acidic middle, the finish is roasted and fruity. The full creamy body is lively. The finish is crisp.

Pours deep brown into a Wiezen glass. Offwhite head quickly subsides with little lacing to skim surface. Clove and caramel aromas and with a slightly flat dark caramel from front to back. Lasting clove finish. Alcohol is present.

Bottle from Belmont Party . Poured dark brown color with a large off-white head that was mostly lasting with good lacing. Moderate spicy roasted malt aroma. Medium body with a smooth texture. Medium roasted sweet flavor with a medium sweet and small alcohol bite finish of moderate duration. Solid drinkable brew.

Bottle (500 ml) Deep mahogany brown color with a thick, bubbly beige head. Sweet caramel wheat malt aroma reminiscent of caramel apples. Sweet roasted malt flavor hints of wheat, cloves and baked apple. Complex and full-bodied, this is thoroughly enjoyable.

Pours a dark clouded ruby that is almost opaque with a massive tan head. Nose is sweet and pungent with an almost wooded malt on there it seems. Flavor is thick and sweet with an almost berry like quality to it. Feel is almost a bit too tingly on the mouth from a sharp layer of carbonation. Definitely very drinkable. Worth trying. Goes down smooth and is very well made. I could go for these over and over again.
