Tap@ Café Morshuis Albergen. Flowery aroma with a hint of cherry. Thinnish. Flavor has marzipan, raspberry and an upcoming milky and citric sourness. First signs of infection, perhaps? Hops are restricted to the background. Good thirst quencher with some bite.

@ the Brewery. Deep amber color, hazy, egg-shell coloured foamy head; fruity, yeasty nose. Sweet-tart-fruity flavour, medium to full bodied, creamy mouthfeel; short, tart, fruity finish.

[Bottled] Hazy orange colour. Huge diacetyl aroma along with soured milk. Big mouthfeel. Caramelly backbone with diacetyl most prominent. Unlike most, I did not find the off flavours to disturbing.

A very average hefeweizen, though it was served at near room temp. Aroma gives reasonably fruity, clove characters. Taste is similar, reasonable body but uninspiring.

At the Brewery. Deep amber coloured, hazy, egg-shell coloured foamy head; fruity (berries), yeasty nose with a hint of smoke (?!); sweet-tart-fruity flavour, medium to full bodied, creamy mouthfeel; short, tart, fruity finish. Quite heavy......

GBBF 2005: Cloudy orange appearance. The classic yeast and banana flavour. A pretty ordinary wheat.

[Draft at GBBF 2005] An unclear dark orange beer with a small orange head. The aroma is sweet wheaty, while the flavor is a mixture of sweet and sour with strong notes of malted wheat and citrus, as well as lesser notes of bananas.

Draught at GBBF, August 2005. Very murky, muddy, ditchwater appearance. Rather sweet with a soft mouthfeel. Banana/bubblegum confectionery vibe. I also picked up some petrol/paraffin in the aroma. Odd and a bit blowsy/flabby. Not really to my taste. I prefer wheat beers with a bit more bite.
