Oct 12, 2007 Bottle, 4.9%. Clear dark brown colour. The flavour is lightly malty. Not too powerful, but quite clean. Subtle, but nice.

Sep 23, 2003 Very dark colored, especially for a Märzen. Thick creamy head. Malty aroma with tropical fruit (especially mango and apricot), also tropical fruit in the flavor. Lots of licorice and some roasted malt. Medium bodied. Toasty and fruity aftertaste.

Nov 29, 2006 Bottled. A chestnut brown coloured beer with no head at all. The aroma is malty and fruity. It is a bit woody also. The taste is malty and has raisin fruit notes together with some sugary caramel and chocolate notes. A good body and lots of flavour. A nice beer.
