Papery, yeasty, still some toffee in aroma. Thin to medium bodied. Flavor is more interesting with this caramelly-toffee and lemony hops, nice crispy carbonation in palate. Best "ungespundet" I had on my stay in Bamberg. Aftertaste still has toffee and caramel in good balance with bitter hops. downender (2629), Bristol, Gloucestershire, England
