Poured orange/amber in color with a small, creamy, dense, off-white head that diminished but lasted throughout at a film on top of the beer. Cloudy. Slightly sparkling. Full of small, medium, and large-sized particles throughout. Flavor is lightly sweet and lightly bitter. Tastes of sweet malts, grains, slight hops, light yeast, and hints of vegetables, tea, and honey. Light to medium body. Lightly oily, then lightly dry texture. Average carbonation. Slightly sweet, lightly bitter, malt, grain, and hop finish. drowland (1418), Tallahassee, Florida, USA

As my fiancee would say, this absolutely smells and tastes like "beer." I can’t really think of anything else to say. It had a really awesome color, though... a strange cloudy orange that almost glowed. Nekronos (2265), Xalapa, Mexico

| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | Aug 23, 2009 Pours with a nice big head and good lace, the color is a hazy golden with plenty of floaties. The aroma is slightly vinous, yeasty, and a little musty, with some fresh cut hay/bright semi grainy malt, and some mild hops. The flavor starts with a zing of lemon zest and is largely earthy with more of that mildly grainy maltiness terribly well balanced with a nice hop bitterness, earthy and yeasty flavors play in quite a bit as well. I enjoyed this one very much. DJMonarch (6878), Northwich, Cheshire, England
