Ungstrup (11930), Frederiksberg, Denmark Jul 22, 2007 Bottled. A light yellow beer with an off-white head. The aroma is sweet grainy with a light dusty hoppy note. The flavor is sweet malty with light notes of caramel, but also a bit boring. The body is no wonder thin, but it is good for the style. Papsoe (11421), Frederiksberg, Denmark Nov 16, 2006 (Bottle 50 cl) Clear, pale pilsener golden with a nice, dense, white head. Rather hoppy, floral nose. Light body, completely dominated by a very distinct hoppiness leaving a solid dose of bitterness. Very good for the style. 071106 omhper (11027), Stockholm, Sweden Aug 28, 2006 [Bottled at Oliver Twist, Stockholm] Pale yellow, firm fluffy head. There are notes of paper and raisins behind the curtain of grassy hops in the aroma. Very dry with pleasantly crisp mouthfeel. Expectedly the boy is very light, but it is not watery. It is finished off with aggresively grassy, bitter hops. Imagine a LA with 30 IBU! Maria (4973), Thisted, Denmark May 8, 2008 Mahrs in Bamberg, bottle. Golden with a nice head. The aroma is pretty weak with light notes of malt and hops. The flavour is refreshing with light notes of malt, caramel and hops, that gives a refreshing bitterness - all in all very uncomplicated and quenching. Cornfield (4468), Oak Forest, Illinois, USA Sep 30, 2005 This pours an extremely pale yellow with continual, lively carbonation and sports a fluffy head that does some solid lacing. The aroma is a sweet bready malt with a minimist’s amount of floral/herbal hops. The bready malt is light but present in the flavor, and the hops come forward in the finish. Actually not bad for a 2.8% abv.

Sal’s Beverage World, Elmhurst, IL
