A very nice golden pour, with a beautiful white foamy head. Grainey malt profile, with some grassy hoppiness. Very clean on the palate, very drinkable.

a delightfully hazy straw color with a crown of white foam on top, being fed constantly by a tiny stream of bubbles from within the liquid itself. typical mahr’s malt profile of wet grain, but some more grass and earth than the Mahr’s Hell - slightly chemical finish which i attribute to the german hops, but despite that slight hint of cleaning agent, it’s a very crisp and clean pilsener. more assertive and still more balanced than most other pilseners.

1pt9oz bottle. Poured into a CHristoffel Bier pilsner glass. Pours a cold corn hue with a nice white head. stands around well into it butno real lacing. nose is a bit grassy and citric with some corn, faint malt and some palmolive hint. Taste is grassy and weak hops, with a clear and refreshing finish.

Bottle @ Reading Beer Festival 2006. Tasty lager with plenty of grasssy hops. Very clean and crisp. Worked well to clear the palate after all the bitters.

Bottle at Reading BF 06. Golden beer with white head. Nice pils. Not sure of the aroma, bit of cereal and citrus, but good in mouth and on end. Citrus, cereal, but not typical yucky sicky aroma. Finish has mroe citrus. Really good pils. If all lager was like this, I would drink more.

Unlike any Pils I’ve had. The aroma is Sweet. The taste is complex for a Pils. Lots of grass and sweet malt, yet also bitter hops. The beer finishes slightly bitter and crisp. I like this stuff.

Bottle at Robbie’s in Daytona. Poured a hazy white amber color with an average frothy white head that lasted. Good witty grass aroma. Medium body with a smooth texture. Moderate sweet hoppy flavor with a small but liggering bitter finish. Very interesting brew.
