vulcanmeister (68), La Grande, Oregon, USA Dec 30, 2008 Bottle pours cloudy copper with a luxuriant white virgorous head. Aroma is yeast, slightly floral, and carmel. Mouthfeel is dry and somewhat thick. Taste is floral, yeast, and slightly sweet, slight hops, and slowly lingers on with a nice floral note. Very smooth, nice crisp finish. scrizzz (573), kirkland, Washington, USA Dec 30, 2008 I notice the suspended sediment right away and it is more concentrated in the center of the glass with an orange hue and dissipates to the sides and the bottom where the color becomes yellow. Clean, doughy aroma. More dough, in fact that’s really tasty. It isn’t for a while that i get the floral hop finish. Ends a bit metallic.
