Bottle. Cloudy yellow with the usual big weisse head. Banana aromas and bubblegum notes. Sweet, rich banana flavours, with notes of clove. Good dry finish. Sparkling. A good hefeweizen.

[Bottled. Akkurat, Stockholm] Hazy golden colour, good white head. Bubble-gum, perfect residual sweetness and phenols. Hefeweizen clear as a bell.

Had this at the brewery, not sure if it was from a bottle or on draft. Textbook hefeweizen. Lots of banana, bubblegum, and fresh bread in the aroma; moderate clove. Cloudy yellow, big, dense white head. Flavor just like the aroma, on the sweet side. Medium-full body, fluffy mouthfeel, moderate-high carbonation. One of the best hefeweizens I had in Bavaria.

tap @ dba. pale golden colour, cloudy. Tart citrus and wheat aroma. Light apple, pear and banana aroma. Flavour is very similar to the nose. Very light bodied and very tart. I’m not sure if the keg was infected but it’s heading to Berliner Weisse territory. Lactic acidity combined with lemon and some fruity peach/pear flavours. Incredibly refreshing, which is good, because I slogged a long way to get here today.

Draught at Akkurat, Stockholm, Sweden. Hazy orange, firm white head. Candy, bubblegum and jelly-bananas in the aroma. Fresh and yeasty flavour. Rather spicy.
