Opaque-hazed golden/wheat with a fizzy white head. Sharp yeast profile in the aroma with banana, smoke and clove. Sharp on the tongue as well with a spicy prickle of carbonation adding a dash of black pepper, but otherwise thinning out the body and banana flavor leaving a weak, sour/floral shadow in it’s wake.

Pours a hazy gold with a white head that does nto have good lacing. THis is a decent hefe, the flavor is very lemony with a little clove and a little banana.

Very pale, slightly transparent, kinda muddy pour, with a decent but fizzy and quickly diminishing head. Aroma is nice and spicy and full, but taste is very lemony, acidic, not too pleasant. And pretty damn average hefe.

Very blonde with a perfumed kind of acidic aroma. Thin body with banana and vanilla. A run of the mill weisse.

(Bottled) Hazy pale golden color with almost no head. Mild aroma of vanilla and some dryish banana. Dryish banana-malty flavor with lots of wheat and a hint of toffee. Light to medium-bodied palate with pretty high carbonation. A very plain, although easily drinkable weizen.

This has a classic Hefeweizen appearance, tall white creamy head over a dark yellow hazy body. Light malt aroma bread dough and banana. Good light sweet malt flavor with lots of fruityness. I think this suffers from lack of freshness as do most of the Hefeweizens from Germany, and not from a lack of quality.

Bouteille-Senteur de plastique et de vanille, jaune trouble avec une mousse dissipante, doux et amère en même temps, goût de mais.--Bottle-Plastic and vanilla smell, yellow troubled with disspating head, sweet and sour at the same time, corn taste.

Fully hazy lemon-yellow; white head, leaving lace. Bit fishy nose; faraway wheat, bit of clove. Wheat, a little banana and clove flavours. Creamy, velvety MF, baby fruit mash. Thirteen-in-a-dozen Hefe.
