Mar 12, 2005 Amber with a creamy head and good lace. Caramel and bitter nose that’s slighty soapy. Musky flavors with bitter hops and some citrus. Finishes with a bitter bite and slightly floral.

Jul 20, 2004 Tap. A pretty average amber, save the slight bit of extra effervescence. Has some extra zip, like the hefe, compared with most brewpub ambers. Not bad.

Jun 9, 2004 Amber color with a light ring of head. The aroma has some light dusty caramel malt & a little hops. The flavor is balanced though with a good amount of bitterness to subjigate the sweetness.
