Jun 9, 2004 Yellow color, very pale with a little head & no lacing. The aroma has just a touch of crispy hops and light sweet notes with malt. The flavor is a bit strong with more sweetness and a semi-harsh bite of alcohol (~120 grit). Finishes medium bodied. Jesus! 9%? This beer is a great magician.

Jul 31, 2004 Light orange gold color. Aroma is fruity and sweet. A medium bodied Ale. Malts are fruity and sweet (Golden Promise). Hops are slightly spicy (Fugels). Nice balance. Smooth taste. Interesting beer. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly sweet.

Aug 9, 2004 Deep orange - just a shade darker than their hefe. Soft and creamy mouthfeel. Interesting malts ... very fruity, juicy, and tasty, with mild grain flavors and a cereal-with-milk sweetness. Hops were mild (flowery), but pleasant. Well made. Kept my attention.
