Mild and sweet apple pear flavor with nutty notes and a touch of lemon giving it some bitterness. Relatively high carbonation and a long bittersweet aftertaste. Refreshing but somewhat watery.

Aug 1, 2008 Botella. Cloudy golden with a big white creamy rather short lasting head. Aroma of wheat and some yeast with a bit of fruit. Good mouthfeel. Flavour of wheat with some fruits and citrus along with some yeast a mild bitterness. Wheaty mild bitter finish.
