Commercial Description:

Bottle (500ml). Shared with blankboy and tupalev. Light amber, cloudy, small fast-disappearing frothy head. Fresh, farmyard-in-the-sun aroma - grassy, floral, slightly sweet, a touch earthy and spicy. The taste is the same, a little watery and sweeter, the earthiness seems to have disappeared too. Thin, flat, watery body, but as I’m pretty sure this is on-style, I’ll go 3/5 for the palate - refreshing, but thin and a tad flat - I’d still drink it again.

Pours orange / amber with a puny minor sudsy head. The aroma is lightly sweet with caramel, smooth malt and light butter. The body is medium and smooth with some crispness and light carbonation. The taste is like the aroma with a bit of spicy hops. The finish has some mineral aspects. The flavor comes across as fairly simple, but enjoyable.

Pours deep amber with a sickly dissipating head from a vigorous pour. Mildly sour malt aromas. Flat with caramel malt from front to back.

[Bottle bought in Bamberg and shared with der Apoknödel.] Typical Keller-style with dark look and good white head. Notes of caramel and sweetness and with a dry finish.

1 pint bottle...pours hazy amber w/ a tiny, bubbly, white head. Very light nose of butterscotch, yeast, and dough. The flavor is a mix of grass, grains, hay, and syrup. The palate is a weird mix of cotton dry finish, low carbonation, and a oily light body. Interesting beer for sure...

Taste7/8. Looks: Deep hazy amber, specks of white rim the glass. Aroma: Smells of grain, caramel, light hop brightness. Mild yeast and earthy must. Taste: Light to medium body with a nice malt and hop blend. The flavors are blended to a single taste, rather than 1,2,3 across the palate. Straw, molasses(not mole asses),earthy. Has a long full finish, with a spicy bite.

Bottle - Hazy amber pour with small white head. Light and grassy with some butterscotch and a bread quality. Rather dry grain pallet feel and earthy. Smooth with a slight dry bitterness on the finish. Would like to try this again.

Bottle. Clear golden pour. No head at all. Nose is grassy with honey, buttered biscuit, floral hops and soft yeast. Taste is stronger hops notes - both grassy and floral - with bready malts, buttered biscuit, grains, light yeast and a touch or caramel. Body is very light and slick with little to no carbonation. Finishes with more buttery bread, toasted malts, grass, straw, floral hops and honey.
