Commercial Description:

Bottled. A hazy dark golden beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of straw as well as light notes of malt and citrus. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of straw, leading to a bitter finish. The body is somewhat thin.

Bright orangey-amber colour. Beautifully toasty nose with herbal accents. Light hop - earth note. Very fresh grain character. Probably too much carbo and not enough bitterness for my kellerbier liking but a good brew.

(50cl bottle) The tiniest off-white head assembles on the rim, to top a hardly hazed amber body. Aroma is medium sweet, bread, caramel, some toast, light floral. Taste is medium sweet, herbal/grapefruit, some floral, caramel/bread/honey. There;s a dry resinous feel to the light-medium body, minimal carbonation.
