I quite like their wheat beers and i guess i was expecting this to be quite a tasty, bitter german pils. This was quite thin however, and lightly sweet and acidic, with some metallic egdes. hayduke (1664), Eureka, California, USA
| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jul 5, 2006 This was on tap in my hotel in Bayreuth. Came in Maisels Pilsner glass. Very clear and a light yellow, with a medium head that left nice lacing. Distinct hop odor with a hint of citrus. Clean mouthfeel, and good to the last drop. This one held up well against all the other German Pilsners I tried. MoritzF (5024), Bochum, Germany
