Jul 2, 2007 Bottle. Pours pale yellow with a small white head. Aroma is sweet and malty with a light flowery note to it. Mild flavours that begin sweet before the flowers return with a slitght bitter dryness at the end.

Jul 5, 2006 This was on tap in my hotel in Bayreuth. Came in Maisels Pilsner glass. Very clear and a light yellow, with a medium head that left nice lacing. Distinct hop odor with a hint of citrus. Clean mouthfeel, and good to the last drop. This one held up well against all the other German Pilsners I tried.

Jun 25, 2006 (bottle, three weeks past BB-date) Slightly hazy, pale golden colour with a small creamy white foam. Light sweet malty and bready, slightly citrusy aroma with herbal hops. Bitterish flavour, light to medium body, medium carbonation. Malty, slightly bready taste, also a bit yeasty with the right dose of hops; dryish bitter hoppy finish.
