The aroma has aniseed and licquorice characters amidst a touch of caramel. The taste is sticky and sweet with more aniseed flavours. More dark charcteristics like caramel and licquorice and chocolate with a full flavoured finish, make this a wonderfully tasty beer and probably the best dunkelweizen I have had.
