Feb 9, 2006 Bottled, 50 cl. Smells of hay and flowers and a little yeast. Not very full taste, but with the proper lemony tang and a finish of wheat grain and yeast. A very good weisse.

Jan 15, 2006 500ml bottle: poured cloudy orange with a fluffy cream colored head. Big yeasty aroma with light spice and banana. The flavor doesn’t match up with the aroma. Flavor is light banana with a bit of hairspray.Moderately bitter in the finish. Good hefe.

Dec 24, 2005 Bottle from Madsberg. Pours a very hazy orangish color with a big foamy white head. Nose is lots of cloves and banana esters. Mouithfeel is very fizzy and tickles the tongue. Flavors of banana and lots more cloves fill the mouth. Finishes clean on the palate.
