Its not easy to find down this part of the world but I wasnt disappointed. A fantastic aroma, great head and a surprisingly dark colour. It may look like a muddy draught but my God it is something special once it tickles your taste buds. Drinking it out of my Maisels glass just topped off a great drinking experience. THATS IT I'M MOVING TO GERMANY :-) Dixen (1465), Flagstaff, Arizona, USA

The appearance is simply beautiful. Just as a weizen should look, hazy orange to golden color with a huge head and lots of tiny bubbles. The aroma is banana, some clove, yeast and some hints of smoke, very nice balanced. Althoug the nice aroma i find it a bit too neutral in flavor, it lacks just a bit more of everything. Has a nice fruityness. A very decent hefeweizen... Got a case to chug through... dminard (1), Colorado, USA does not count | 5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 10/10 | 5/5 | 10/10 | 5/5 | 20/20 | Mar 18, 2004 This is the best Weisse beer I have tasted. The flavor for a Hefe Weisse is not overpowering. A nice flavor, color, and smooth.
