Fruity, spicy aroma.
Bland, but well-balanced, citrusy flavor with notes of straw and grass. Medium-bodied with a watery mouthfeel and lively carbonation. Short, crisp, clean finish.
Not a world beater, but a quality brew and much, much better than the A-B World Select that I just poured down the drain. hetkey (5), USA does not count | 4.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 9/10 | 5/5 | 9/10 | 5/5 | 18/20 | Jan 20, 2004 In Germany they mix this with Coke to make a "Cola-Weizen" The local girls love it and there's no shortage of American Soldiers to buy it for them. wunderbier (1267), Tampere, Finland

Toasted light bread, wheat malt (M); strong banana/clove aroma (more banana than clove). Huge, frothy, creamy, white head is well lasting and sits on a very hazy and carbonated amber body. Medium-heavily sweet, moderately acidic flavor turns into a moderately sweet, lightly acidic finish. Medium-full body, creamy texture, lively carbonation. The bottom line is: what a rockin' wheat! elsberry (87), North Carolina, USA

A very well balanced wheat and fruit smell, with an obvious yeasty overtone. Creamy mouthfeel, and a clean taste. This could become a favorite. Very refreshing and well brewed beer. | 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Dec 3, 2003 Looks like Schneider Weisse. Big fluffy head, with great retention. All banana nose. Apple, fruit, banana, citrus, creamy mouthfeel, medium bodied, big clove finish. Delicate yet firm...yummy. dortmunder (961), Herdecke, Germany
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Oct 29, 2003 Brown colour. Yeasty, banana taste; what you would expect from a Weizen, but somehow the taste is not very interesting. That does not mean that it´s not a well-balanced, drinkable Weisse. But somehow there´s is something missing. joss (3680), Garching b. München, Germany
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Aug 31, 2003 Yeasty citric aroma, not as strong nose as in other Weisse though.
Murky red-brown, creamy head.
Banana and vanilla on a bready background. No real dominant traits, which makes it pleasant to drink, but a bit uninterresting in the long run.
Medium to light body and a slight honey aftertaste.
