Bottle. Pours clear copper with a small, fizzy white head, diminishing with spare lacing. Aroma is heavy malt (cookie, cereal, caramel), light hop (herbs), average yeast (leaves) with notes of vegetable, apple, and pear. Medium bodied, thin texture, average carbonation, and a chalky finish. Average duration, light sweetness, acidity, and bitterness.

Pretty nice orange color. Decent head, nice fresh aroma. A bit frothy, not too much banana, overall a quite nice German hefe.

Draft @ street festival. Dark orange russet color with thick creamy off-white head. Aroma is clean with dried apricot and orange pith. Clean quaffable palate with medium carbonation. Dry entry with sweeter finish that leaves yeast on the tongue. Fruit character is nice and although it has little complexity I like it.

Excellent hefe, although not quite as good as Weihenstephaner. Light, fruity aroma. Runs toward a nutty or grainy flavor. Only slight clove flavor. A bit more effervescence than necessary. Leaves a tangy aftertaste.

Hazy, orange body, what seems to be thick at the first sight...Delicious creamy-foamy off-white head what diffuses a classic and fine aroma of hefeweiss-style. Fine fruity banana and lemon in the nose, some buttery malt with spicies like cinnamon and clove. Smooth mouthfeel with a rich body of malt, some toasty caramel, fine fruity character of banana and a light lemon, mild lactic acid. Fine spicy tastes in the well balanced body. Pleasant, i will search this beer for taste it again...
