Fluffly white head and full nose. Banana, clove, spices, and some sweetness. Chewy dough-like malted and yeasty body. Add some spice and fruit hint to this as well. Not as spicy as some other wheats. Nice smooth finish. Refreshingly uncomplex. Great beer! Radek Kliber (3986), Toronto (Can) Krotoszyn (Pol), Ontario, Canada
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Jul 17, 2003 Thick white head dark caramel color, cloudy. Sweet sugary aroma, missing the lightness I was looking for. Malty, citrus, the range of flavours was not fully developed in this sample. I bit disappointing. jfm (1694), Holbæk, Denmark
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Jul 8, 2003 Dark yellow with a nice white head. Has a fruity taste with a nice spicy finish. A bit heavy for a weissbier. BBB63 (4267), La Porte, Indiana, USA
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Jul 5, 2003 Murky dark yellow hue with a medium off-white head. Good body for a German Wheat. Moderate malty and yeasty aroma with hints of banana, dough, grain, coriander, and lemon. very nice spicy and fruity tones on the palate, slighty bready finish. Creamy and soft mouthfeel. Heavy for a weizen but in this case, it's a good thing. Recommended. bierkoning (6092), La Tropica, Netherlands
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 12/20 | Jun 18, 2003 Dark orange brown color, frothy head. Citric aroma in which orange dominates. Orange flavor, yeasty with hintsd of banana. Rather thin. Decent weizenbier, not too much aroma and flavor, but a good thirst quencher. mribm (419), Hurley, New York, USA
| 1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 2/10 | 2/5 | 2/10 | 2/5 | 2/20 | Jun 17, 2003 Tastes like a disgusting Belgian beer, which tastes like bananas. It reminds me of that sickening yellow gum that used to come in The Monkees music group trading cards in the 1960's. I won't buy another weisse or Belgian beer ever again. I'd rather have a Budweiser than a banana flavored beer. CapFlu (3483), Victoria, British Columbia, Canada
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jun 14, 2003 (0,5 ltr Bottle) Pours a medium, foamy, almond hed and a cloudy, orange-amber body. Aroma of mild malt and bananas. Much like Paulaner but less full-bodied, thin, acidic and fizzy. Nice but many other better Germain Weisse... Dalle (1146), Skørping, Denmark

Sweet (banana) and slightly grassy aroma. Silky texture. Lacks taste!?! A little sweet, little acidic, little bitter... My eyes and nose loved it but my mouth was disappointed.
